I have never given a review like this! I recently sold a house in the East Bay with another broker, who I thought was great and I got well over asking price with little complications. I lived over an hour away from the property, so he handled a lot of extra requirements; such as needed repairs, clean up and maintenance. He recommended exceptional people to re-do the floors, paint and some handywork - all was done at a fair, even discounted price.
