I was driving by the office 6 years ago, went in and asked if anyone was available to show me the area. Emily was enthusiastic and so helpful. She always made me feel like I was special and understood my personal needs. This was particularly difficult because i was moving from Oregon when I designed my home for an artist- me- and I knew something I would like would be so much more money in California. But Emily was as persistent as I was, yet I never felt any pressure. She has been lovely all the way through my progress, trustworthy, very intelligent, and professional. This was a difficult process because I lived far away and I have been ambivalent about moving to the area until the last six months. Emily always made herself available when I would call her to tell her I would be coming to the area. When I figured I wanted to move to Petaluma, she worked harder than ever. I would watch daily real estate websites, and ask Emily to look at them. She was tireless about doing so, and found the home I purchased during a drive around Petaluma looking for homes for me. I trusted her so much that I made an offer while I was still in Ashland!. The offer was accepted before I even drove to Petaluma. My whole family agreed it was a nice home for me and that Emily did a great job. Emily was excellent negotiating the issues which were found in inspection. She was sensible and she was strong.
