Brian Connolly

Sold in 5 days at full asking price!! i.e. $579,000. The previous relator was planning to just sell "as is", for $530,000 range. By going with Brian, and putting in just a couple thousand for painting, yardwork, cleaning, etc., as he had suggested, we received almost $50.000 more. What a difference a relator can make !!!

Brian has been a remarkable Real Estate Agent. He went above and beyond in every situation. He is a "net working guru", and always knew exactly who to call for every job. When I found I was not able to qualify for as much of a loan as I needed, Brian once again, came through with a recommendation. Otto was able to get the job done, and I was able to purchase the new home I desired. I don't know that we ever could have completed this process, if we did not have Brian as our relator.

This was an extremely difficult situation that Brian was getting in on. It is not easy dealing with an active alcoholic/addict and all the different personalities/behaviors that go along with it. Nor is it easy dealing with a co-dependent who is a complete basket case from having been around it for 9 years. Brian took everything in stride, and handled every situation with grace. We were referred to Emily when a business associate (Maria D'Argenzio) was unable to represent us due to family obligations. We met with Emily. She was extremely personable and clearly knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. We were doing a 1031 exchange and were on a strict time deadline, so competence, experience and commitment were extremely very important. She seemed to have those qualities at our initial meeting and we liked her right away. We were right and she was an excellent choice to represent us.

My financial "guy" Wade Smith, who I have known for 11 years and helped me finance 3 houses in the past, said she was really good. They worked closely together behind the scenes and made my life easy. He highly recommended her (reaffirmed our opinion).

I have never given a review like this! I recently sold a house in the East Bay with another broker, who I thought was great and I got well over asking price with little complications. I lived over an hour away from the property, so he handled a lot of extra requirements; such as needed repairs, clean up and maintenance. He recommended exceptional people to re-do the floors, paint and some handywork - all was done at a fair, even discounted price. I was asked to give a review, several in fact, which I was happy to do. I thought he was great. Emily was just as great, if not better (two different sides of a sale).

The mission, sell our home and buy a new home, closing escrow on the same day for both. Not until the buyers of our home removed all contingencies could we make a solid offer on a new home.

David Chung, a friend and our purchasing realtor immediately realized the problem of coordinating the transactions and brought in a fellow realtor Arlee Geary. Arlee and David listened to our needs and found the vacant homes to view. They worked energetically showing us homes that met our desires, which made the process even more difficult as Lisa, and my requirements were not the same. Offers and cancellations were made for one reason or another.

Chris Johnson

We had dealt with Chris previously when purchasing the same house. Her service and knowledge were excellent then, and we were sure it still would be. Chris has stayed in touch with us over time and we felt comfortable having her handle this home sale.

Chris went way above and beyond the call of duty. We were in another part of the state and there had been damage done by renters as well as time deterioration. Chris acted as coordinator and researcher for us and there was a lot of work to be done.

In the end there was quite a bit of interest in the home and Chris Johnson did a great job of evaluating offers and we think, helping pick the right one.

She works with the Press Democrat, Homes and Land Magazine Sonoma County, and Listing Domains, and is building relationships with The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Dupont Registry, and LuxuryHomes.com. Her real estate experience also expands to escrow file and HOA management. She received her degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Marketing, from Santa Rosa Junior College.
