Kellee and Mary took me through rivers and back country dirt roads and precipitous mountain roads to find my dream property. I am being literal! We drove a borrowed truck through a 2 foot deep stream of whitewater, drove over 8 miles of dirt roads, and another time we were on a narrow road on a very steep hillside that we were wondering if it would slide, taking her beautiful SUV for a sleigh ride.

Our house search was one of the great adventures of my life. Never a dull moment. I met Kate at an open house. She really talked to me, both about what I wanted in a house and just about stuff in general. I let her know that we had nearly a year before we would be ready to buy because we had just moved to the area and had a lease. She completely understood and, while she followed up regularly, there was absolutely no pressure to hurry up and buy. When we got serious, Kate was the natural choice of agent for us.

My husband had a very unrealistic idea of what our money would buy. We came from a much less expensive area and he just couldn't wrap his head around the prices in this area. Kate did a great job of explaining the market and making suggestions for houses to look at in our price range so we could really see what our money would buy. When it was time to make an offer, and he wanted to low-ball, Kate explained the possible outcomes as well as what a reasonable offer would be.

Kate was totally on top of every detail. To say she was patient would be an understatement. I feel like my husband and I were total pains in the a**. Kate assured us that we were great clients, and that she was happy to answer any questions or concerns we may have. She was super approachable, really listened to everything that we wanted and worked hard to find the perfect house for us.

I didn't talk to anyone at Century 21 except Kate.

I was driving by the office 6 years ago, went in and asked if anyone was available to show me the area. Emily was enthusiastic and so helpful. She always made me feel like I was special and understood my personal needs. This was particularly difficult because i was moving from Oregon when I designed my home for an artist- me- and I knew something I would like would be so much more money in California. But Emily was as persistent as I was, yet I never felt any pressure. She has been lovely all the way through my progress, trustworthy, very intelligent, and professional. I cannot imagine anyone working harder that she did to find just the right home!

This was a difficult process because I lived far away and I have been ambivalent about moving to the area until the last six months. Emily always made herself available when I would call her to tell her I would be coming to the area. When I figured I wanted to move to Petaluma, she worked harder than ever. I would watch daily real estate websites, and ask Emily to look at them. She was tireless about doing so, and found the home I purchased during a drive around Petaluma looking for homes for me. I trusted her so much that I made an offer while I was still in Ashland!. The offer was accepted before I even drove to Petaluma. My whole family agreed it was a nice home for me and that Emily did a great job. Emily was excellent negotiating the issues which were found in inspection. She was sensible and she was strong. I would hire Emily to do any business deal I could possibly imagine.

She works with the Press Democrat, Homes and Land Magazine Sonoma County, and Listing Domains, and is building relationships with The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Dupont Registry, and LuxuryHomes.com. Her real estate experience also expands to escrow file and HOA management. She received her degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Marketing, from Santa Rosa Junior College.
